About Faith

A few years ago, I was on the other side of the coaching relationship.

I was recovering from a narcissistic relationship, living in performance, anxiety, and constant overthinking—trying to keep everything under control so I could avoid shame, rejection, or getting it “wrong.”

At the time, I didn’t yet know I had ADHD. I wasn’t diagnosed until I was 29.

Like a lot of women, I had learned how to mask well. I was self-aware in many ways—but still felt misunderstood by others… and honestly, by myself too.

I had done therapy and counseling, and both were helpful in their own ways.

But the biggest shift for me came through a personalized coaching program that helped me actually apply what I was learning in real life.

It helped me see patterns I couldn’t see on my own.

It gave me tools that actually worked in real life.

And for the first time, I felt real relief—not just temporary coping.

That experience is what led me here.

I’m now a certified life coach with a background in education and biblical counseling training. I bring both practical tools and deep empathy into the work I do.

Authenticity, trust, and growth aren’t just things I teach—they’re things I’ve had to learn and live.

I believe healing happens in relationships.

First with yourself… and then with others.

My faith grounds me, but I create space for women from all backgrounds to grow, process, and pursue truth without pressure or pretense.

My work is centered around helping overwhelmed women trust themselves and set boundaries—without guilt, without overthinking, and without losing who they are.

Outside of coaching, I love music (I play violin and sing), being outdoors, and spending time with people I love. I’m purpose-driven, but I don’t take myself too seriously.

More than anything, I care about creating a space where you can actually be honest… and finally feel safe enough to grow.

If any of this resonates with you, I’d love to connect.
